c360 Productivity Packs combine multiple products into a single offering. The concept behind our Productivity Packs is simple; as the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM product improves and adds features; c360 will continue to improve our Productivity Packs by adding new products and capabilities. Productivity Pack customers who have current maintenance agreements will receive the new Productivity Pack products and features at no additional cost.
