will continue to improve our Productivity Packs by adding new products
and capabilities. Productivity Pack customers who have current
maintenance agreements will receive the new Productivity Pack products
and features at no additional cost
- As Microsoft CRM evolved from version 1.2 to Dynamics CRM 3.0 (and now
to CRM 4.0), c360 has continually improved our Productivity Packs by
adding new products and features as well as upgrading the existing
products
- We are excited to provide you with this confidential preview of our
roadmap and specifically the improvements we are making to our Core

- The c360 Relationship Explorer has been expanded to include Relationship
Charting/Diagramming functionality. Relationship Explorer will continue
to show all relationships between entities but will now allow users to
create multiple relationship diagrams each showing informal
relationships. The new charting functionality has been built using
Microsoft SilverLight and embodies the phrase ‘a picture paints 1000
words’
- With this tool, users will be able to learn about an organizations
hidden dynamics by viewing the diagram as opposed to reading through
page of notes. The relationship diagramming will allow organization to
use the tool in an icon or label based setup
