c360 Email Marketing - Standard Edition

c360 Email Marketing is a product and hosted service that enables Dynamics CRM users to deliver HTML email campaigns to defined marketing lists as a seamless extension within Dynamics CRM.

This functionality has been designed specifically and solely for use with Dynamics CRM. This tight integration means that users have the ability to map any data from CRM to deliver highly personalized email campaigns. Furthermore, this seamless integration with Dynamics CRM is even more important when measuring the results of your campaign. You can automatically see statistics and click through analysis directly within CRM and enrich contact data with immediate feedback from the campaign to truly enable closed–loop marketing.

Software as a Service:
Using the c360 hosted delivery model customers can send out high capacity email campaigns without the need to upgrade in house technology infrastructure and bandwidth. The service enables customers to retain full control over creating audiences, preparing and agreeing their campaign designs in house. Once the campaign has been tested and ready to send to the target audience, it is sent to c360’s data centre. The service will execute the campaign and pass the results directly back to the customer’s CRM system. This campaign delivery service significantly reduces the cost and technical burden to deliver marketing campaigns.
