    • How Does It Work?

    1. You Send the Document

    c360 lets you send, receive and track the signature process – automatically! Simply sign into your c360 Signature account (or into your Microsft Dynamics CRM, Quickbooks or other account), enter the email addresses of the signers and choose the document to be signed. c360 also enables you to "cc" non signers like your legal department or procurement department, send interactive HTML forms, send multiple documents, or gather multiple signatures on single documents.

    2. They Sign the Document

    Signers will receive an email with a link to an encrypted website where they will be taken through the signing process. Signers can choose to electronically sign the document or print, sign and fax back to you. Once the signing is complete, c360 emails an encrypted, signed, and bound document to all parties - automatically.

    3. We Track the Document

    c360 tracks the entire process – and notifies you of each step via email. Have you ever wondered if the signer even received your email? Did they read the contract? Did they reject the contract and request changes? Or did they choose not to sign at all? c360 can track the entire process including when they clicked on the link inside the email, signed the document or printed to sign and fax in.

    4. Store it Anyway You Want

    c360 embeds the entire audit trail and transaction history inside each encrypted and protected signed document. Unlike other services that require a constant payment to check the validity of the document, c360 allows you to store your contract wherever you want – from something as simple as Outlook to the most advanced enterprise content management software. In addition, the singers are automatically sent copies so your customer will never have to wonder where the final copy of the contract is.
