Posted 1/29/2007 8:03:30 AM | | | | After installing c360 core productivity succesfullly went to configuration centre and successfully integrated all of the products until I got to console. When I tried this I get an error in red referring me to c360 support. Then all crm data forms became unavailable most forms were giving a COM+ exception. Sorted the error by removing the c360 products. Any suggestions ? Pete. |
| Posted 1/29/2007 10:21:08 AM | | | | Peter, Can you share screenshots of this error? I don't think I have ever heard of a COM+ error before so I am very intrigued. Also, keep in mind that all the "Integrate" admin section does is attempt to add appropriate links to the ISV.config and/or the SiteMap. Therefore, chances are that the problem you experienced is related to some problem when updating either one of these XML configuration sections.
