We have used the console , workplace in 3 different environement and now for some reason everything is install the same way  but we don't see the option button in the workplace. I modified the c360.config file, they appear in add/remove program, I see the directory in iis I can even access it from iis, but they don't show up in CRM. I did close the browse, iisreset, reboot and uninstall  re-install and I still have the same issue.

any idea?

Martin,

What you just discovered is a common problem. A lot of our customers hava sitemap and/or isv.config that do not conform to the schema that Microsoft CRM enforces when you import both of these files.

When you click on the integrate button in our admin area, what happens behind the scenes is:

  1. We export sitemap and isv.config
  2. We add the appropriate nodes to this XML document
  3. We re-import the modified XML document
  4. During this import process, Microsoft CRM examines the submitted XML and rejects it if it does not conform to the schema

However, if the XML document was not 100% correct to begin with, this operation fails. What we recommend to customers is that they manually export the sitemap, visually inspect it, fix what is wrong and then re-import it. When the problem is resolved, you can click on the "Integrate" button.
