We have 360 installed, but the duplication does not seam to work, I very simply added a new account and entered the same post code as an existing account. But it was not detected, their is a popup that flickers on for a moment and then vanishes.

Bill,

Have you configured the matchcodes? Have you run match code generation? Are you using the default matchcodes?

The default Account matchcode uses a combination of the AccountName and the City.
