Posted 2/5/2007 5:53:47 AM | | | | Hi, in our CRM deployment I created a custom entity, which I would like to use together with the Relationship Explorer. I added a relation Account -> Entity, which I can define from an Account perspective. When I am at the Custom Entity, I do not see the relationship explorer by default, so I added the coresponding part in the ISV config, which also help to make this section visible at the entity. The problem now occurs when I click on it, because then I get a nice .Net error and I can not do anything. The error is: Server Error in '/c360' Application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

| Posted 2/5/2007 11:05:31 AM | | | | Enno, Relationship Explorer does work in custom entities. My other suggestion would be to install the latest version of the product. If that doesnt work, please open a support case with support@c360.com and our Support team will be able to look at it. thanks

As Arviond suggested, the solution is to upgrade to the latest version which you will find on our download center: www.c360.com/Download.aspx
