When you use the "Open Record" link to modify a record appearing in the Record Details, the Record details does not refresh with the change and there does not appear to be a Refresh option for this.

Is there a way to have this automatically refresh or add a refresh option?

Yes, unfortunately it does not auto-refresh.

But do you know now you can edit the Record Details Cell right within Console. This was an update in our latest release. (3.0.8)

Read here on how to enable it

That's great news. Will this respect the jscript in the CRM form? Having spoken to Jeremie I believe this is the reason why it was turned off. I think it's fine if it doesn't (although it'd be great if it did) but I just wanted to check. Thanks.

No, the Console record details will not respect the jscript in the CRM forms. Thats the reason we had initially turned it off.

So thats why its an admini option now so the CRM administrator can decide if or not to make the Record Details editable.
