Prevent users from being able to personalize to their consoles That is, we want to be able to centralize look and feel of the console rather than provide the users with the ability/responsibility of having to define it for themselves. This ensures a consistent look and feel. Similar to how the configuration of CRM forms/system views is centrally controlled. |
