| | | I need to display images (ratings 0-5 Stars for example) in a grid, I can return the correct Result set, and I have managed to create the GIF files which are 81x15 (WxH), I have declared the width as 83 in the CreateColumnHeader declaration. The icon is displayed but compressed to what appears to be a default width, with the rest of the column shown as "white space". Therefore the difference between 1-5 stars is not visible. I cannot see where to change the value for displaying the image in its entirety, as stated the column width is set at 83, I even tried 100 but with the same result. If this is a feature of the grid then no problem, I will use words instead of graphics, but it would be nice to have the ratings displayed as a graphic. Thanks in advance |

| | | Yes you are correct: the grid enforces a standard width of 16 pixels. The reason why we did that was that Microsoft CRM enforces this width in the icon column and we wanted to mimic the same behavior. However, I understand your scenario and it makes a lot of sense to display wide images for your star rating. I'll add it as a new feature request.

| | | Thankyou, it just makes it easier for the end user to visually check rating rather than using bronze,silver, gold etc. |
