LookUp Error: Access Is DeniedExpand / Collapse

I have developed a small aspx page using the c360 toolkit for a client, which basically consists of only the lookup control. It works perfectly on the development environment which is almost a perfect mirror of the clients production environment, when I deployed the application to production however, things started to get a bit weird. The page loads inside an IFrame just fine, I can click the lookup and pull up the lookup dialog box, select a contact, and then hit ok, at this point, I get this error:

Line: 81
Char: 3
Error: Access is denied.
Code: 0
URL: (url that points to the aspx page)

I have checked both the web.config and c360.config files despite the fact that they were just straight copied from the dev environment, and they appear to be the same. Permissions for the website have been set the same, and I've pretty much run out of ideas on troubleshooting this problem, anybody have some suggestions?
