I installed the client version of Word Mail Merge and initially it was working fine.  A few days later I opened Word and the Word Mail Merge toolbar was not there.  I reinstalled the client component and still can't see the toolbar.  Any ideas on why this is happening would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Within Word, click the "Help" menu option.

You will see a button called "Deactivated Elements".  The next window will the show which elements havn't been activated yet.

Mark the elements you need and press activate. If the toolbar is included in these elements, the problem should be solved.

Go to the Word toolbar and press the right mouse button. In this drop down list you will see our toolbar under "www.mscrm-addons.com toolbar". Now the toolbar should be active and ready to use.

In certain cases the addon will also need  the ".NET Programmability Support".  This can be activated by going to "Add or remove programs". Choose  "MS Office" and press change.

Then select "Add or Remove Features" and press next. Once the setup window is open , you can choose the "advanced customization of applications".

Here you will see "Microsoft Office Word" and in the drop down menu, ".NET Programmability Support". Install via "run from my computer" and the problem should be solved.
