Is there any way I can have a CRM View cell of a Campaign Response view? It is not an option on the picklist.

Brian,

Yes, 'Campaign Response' is not an option in the View Cell. However, 'Activity'.

As a work around, is it possible to create an Activity View of type 'Campaign Response' specifying the conditions you want. This will then give you the Campaign Response in the Activitiy View Cell.

Let me know if that works for you.

thanks

I have tried that as a workaround. The problem is that I cannot show the customer or parent campaign fields from an activity view.

Brian,

yes, thats a limitation of the Activity view cell. You cannot specify specific attributes from the activity type such as campaign responses, faxes etc.

I have added 'Campaign Response' in the view cell as a wishlist item.

thanks
