We have downloaded the demo of Group Calendar and are very happy with it's functionality. However, is there a way that we can view the Group Calendar in Outlook? Our users will not be using the Web Based Interface.

Also, if anyone has used Maximiser before the calendar has a great feature. On the sidebar, you select users you wish to see in the calendar and as well as hovering over an appointment to see who is in a meeting, each user is designated a color and the colours show up next to the appointment for quick reference as to who is involved.

Hey Andrew,

Please go to Settings --> Customizations --> Export Customizations --> Site Map. Once you have exported this file, open it and look for

<SubArea Id="nav_GroupCalendar" Icon="/_imgs/area/18_calendar.gif" Url="groupcalendar/uebersicht.aspx" Client="Web" Title="GroupCalendar">

            <Privilege Entity="activitypointer" Privilege="Read" />

          </SubArea>

Change "Web" to "All" and then save this file. Then import this file back into MSCRM. If you have any additional questions/concerns please send open a support case by sending an email to support@c360.com.

Thanks Brume. I discovered this shortly after posting the message

Also, I have noticed that when a user has scheduled time off;

Settings -> Business Units -> Users -> Work Hours -> Time Off

That this does not show up in the calendar, but when you make an appointment with that user, it causes the Schedule Conflict (Correct Function). Are there any plans in the future for adding this functionality?

Cheers
