Publishing Multiple forms with different info...Expand / Collapse

I have one form that I have published and it is working correctly right now.  I have created several other forms with different fields in them and I need to put them out on the web as well.  When I create another capture form, and try to publish it, it doesn't work.  Either the second form takes on all the info from the first form, or the first form ends up not working now because it is looking for some of the fields that are in the second form.  Basically what I'm trying to ask is, how do I publish more than one form in web connect?  Can someone give me any step by step directions or hints or anything?  Thank you very much!!!!!!!

Being able to use multiple forms for Web Connect is basic to the system.  Have you rechecked your Web Capture Form Settings carefully?

Is this the first time you have tried to use multiple forms, or did multiple forms work in the past, but now they don't?

This is the first time that I've tried multiple forms.  I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about with the settings.  Which ones?  And how do I get there?  Thanks!  And I have emailed suppor at c360 and haven't heard anything yet, so was hoping someone else could help!

I had a similar problem & worked out that i was using the same details when completing the form. I think webconnect checks for duplicate email addresses when it is trying to load into crm. try totally different details & see how you go. Hope this helps
