Hi there,

I’m working on an implementation of a CRM, we also installed the CRM Desktop Client for Outlook, the CRM is working in a terminal server with around 20 users connected. At the moment we’re having problems, none of the CRM menus for Outlook are working. For instances If I click on the  “c360 tools”, “CRM” or any of the CRM buttons, they don’t work and they didn’t even show an error message when clicking on them. This is really weird because FOR SOME OF THE USERS IT WORKS BUT FOR OTHERS IT DOESN’T. Did you have this problem before? I would really appreciate any help

Thanks in advance

Juan,

The issue you are having is not supported by c360.

Here are some things I would check:

1)Pop-up blocker configuration

2)Login security, i.e. is "Prompt for login and password" set within Internet Explorer security?

3)Delete cookies.

Juan, unless I am misunderstanding, your issue pertains to the interaction between CRM and Outlook.  c360 does not provide support for this.

If you feel that this is a c360 issue, please open a support request to support@c360.com
