I have the core productivity pack up and running and everything seems to be working fine at this point.  We are wanting to use the Alerts for the obvious reasons.  I have the console up and running with the CRM view driving 2 associated Entry lists, a c360Summary screen and a Record Details screen.  What I would like to know is how to make the alerts for an object display when an object is selected in the CRM view screen.  Is there any way to do this at this time?

Alerts in not an option in Console right now.

However, you may be able to achieve what you need by creating a custom content cell that is a subscriber and based on what account is clicked, it can display the alerts associated with it.

Alerts is a custom entity in CRM so you can access the Alerts information via the CRM SDK.

Huh, that's to bad, seems like that would be a good option seeing how the whole reason we are using the concsole is to keep from having to open all the screens so much.  We won't see the alerts unless we open up the account screens and we don't need to open the account screens as much now because of the console.  Kind of counter intuative I think.

Thanks for the info though

Could you map a field to the account form to indicate that an alert exists and then display that is your view in your console?

Alerts and Console do not currently offer this functionality. I will add this as an enhancement request for our product mgt team.
