I have a project where they have purchased the Mail Merge product and all the users will be using the Desktop Client. They are having problems with running Mail Merge on the desktop client but we are not sure whether Mail Merge runs with the desktop client or just the web client. Could someone please help.

Hey Tom,

I believe you opened a case regarding this issue which I responded to incorrectly. This product will not function with the Desktop Client. It works with the Web Client.
