Posted 8/31/2007 2:07:30 PM | | | | I am not sure if this is a c360 issue or not. One user receives two different error messages soon after he saves a contact edit. The first is a simple message that says "A semi colon character is expected." The second is an Internet Explorer Script Error with the information of Line 251, char 6, expected ';' and a url of http://localhost:2525/_grid/cmds/dlg_bulkedit.aspx?iObjType=2&iTotal=19&slds= I am posting this question here because the c360 dupe detection window pops up a fraction of a second before the error window. The information is saved if you ok through the message, but it is getting annoying. I can't tell if the problem is a CRM issue, a c360 issue, or something else entirely. Any thoughts? Thanks, Steve

| Posted 9/5/2007 7:11:31 PM | | | | Hi Steve, To test whether this is a c360 error, go into Customizations, Contacts, Forms and Views, Form Properties, On Save and disable the script then have the user retest. If the error persists, it's a CRM issue. If this error doesn't appear, please submit an email with screen shots and details to support@c360.com.

| Posted 9/6/2007 9:39:31 AM | | | | Thanks for the suggestion. I have disabled the OnSave from both of the Account and Contact. The problem still exists on my system. Does c360 modify the global.js code in any way? Someone via the Microsoft forum thinks this file might have been changed. Steve
