Release 3.0.10 of the following c360 ( Audit, Customer Portal, Console, Data Quality Center, Field Level Security, Summary) products have been released.

Customer Portal

New Features

·          Ability to specify Accounts for which the Portal user can Create Cases

·          Ability to specify Accounts for which the Portal user can View Cases

·          Ability to specify Accounts for which the Portal user can Edit Cases

·          Ability to specify Accounts for which the Portal user can Reopen Cases

 

These new Customer Portal features will now allow the Portal user to create and manage cases for multiple accounts.

 

These features now open up the possibility to use the Customer Portal in different ways where a user may need access to multiple accounts to service. A typical example of this may be when an implementation consultant needs ability to create and manage cases for different clients.

 

These options are highly flexible and can include complex scenarios such as ‘Allow user to create cases for Account A and B but view cases for Account B and C. Complete details including a step by step guide can be found on the Customer Portal Administration Guide.

 

Audit

 

Fixed Issues

·          Audit is passing localized date-time parameters to SQL instead of in UTC format. This fix will ensure that parameters sent to the procedure are always of Date-time type.        

·          Paging not working correctly - always selects records from first page. This fix will eliminate the problem related to paging and refreshing of the Audit view section on selecting a new record after page navigation. Now on navigating away from the first page, the view details area should be cleared and Record details for the record selected on page 2 should be displayed in the Audit section

 

Console

 

New Features

·          Associated entity list cell will not display inactive account and contact records.
Note
: This change is ONLY for the Contacts and Accounts associated entity list cell.
 

Fixed Issues

·          Adding CRM view cell in console throws java script error. This fix will allow user to successfully add CRM view cell to console.

·          Incorrect data displayed in the print preview and export to excel for CRM view cell when default view of any tab is changed. This fix will eliminate the problem related to data appearing with one column shifted in “Print Preview” and “Export to Excel”;  when the view is changed in CRM view cell

·          Error message 'An error occurred while fetching view data...' is displayed in the CRM view cell when clicking on first sorting button after changing the default view under a tab. This fix will eliminate the error in the CRM view cell grid, when user tries to sort the records using first column in the grid.

 

 

Summary

Fixed Issues

·          Summary is not respecting line breaks in the description. This fix will resolve the problem related to the description preview not respecting the line breaks. Now the description preview will correctly display the text in the preview with line breaks.

·          Summary Description Rollup Issue when there is a relationship between a custom entity and a system entity.  Now the description text will be displayed in the preview correctly according to the settings under Preferences, when a relationship is created between system entity and custom entity.

 

 

Field Level Security

Fixed Issues

·          Error page displayed while opening a record after making a custom attribute forbidden. This fix will allow user to open the entity record successfully when FLS settings are applied on a custom attribute of ‘bit’ type.

·          Performance issue with a large number of roles and fields. This fix will eliminate the problem related to lag in response time in loading the entity record when field-level security settings are applied on large number of fields and role.

 

Data Quality Center

Fixed Issues

·         Semicolon is required error is thrown on creating a contact in an account record after installation of Data Quality Center. This fix will eliminate the problem related to ‘Semicolon required’ error popping up when user creates a contact inside an account record after installing Data Quality Center
