| | | Hi, A client of me ask me why some of his documents aren't named correctly. After a research, it seems that, when a field being part of the document name is not inserted inside the document as a merge field, it can be used for generating the name of the document. so here the example: Suppose a field new_myfield related to a contact entity. This field cannot be used in the Document Name Editor of the document properties if the field if not effectively inserted for merge somrewhere inside the document. Can you confirm my supposition or explain me how to use this field for naming the document without inserting the field for merge inside the document?
