| | | Hi there, I managed to install the c360 clone tool, it works fine to clone company, quote, order, invoces, etc but it doesn't work when I try to clone a quote product, it comes and error that says the server was unable to process request. I looked at the Clone.aspx and it seems this option is not supported. Is there any updated tool to do this, How could I resolve this? Thanks juan! |

| | | The Record Clone utility is a free tool that we give away but we do not offer support for it. However, it comes with full source code which enables you to modify it to suit your needs. Also, please take a look at the bottom of page 4 of the PDF that you downloaded with the Record Clone utility where you will find the list of entities that this tool was designed to be able to clone. You will notice that opportunity products is not one of the supported entities.
