The developer is used the c360 SDK... we now need to remove this customization prior to upgrading the customer to 4.0. Are there specific instructions available for removing/uninstalling a customization? |
| Posted 5/15/2008 9:44:51 PM | | | There is no specific instructions. Assuming that your customization is accessible by a link in the left navigation area, all you need to do is edit your Microsoft CRM ISV.config and/or SiteMap to simply remove the link that was added by your former developer.
