Hi

Is it possible to modify the Customer Portal web pages?

For example a number of our customers have requested a 'search' facility on the Service Case page so that they can type in a Service Case reference number or the ability to apply filters to look for cases created by 'X' created on or after 'Y'.

No you can't. However, take a look at our roadmap: http://www.c360.com/Roadmap.aspx. Some of the features you mention are scheduled to be included in the July 2008 release.
