Parameter name: Microsoft.Crm.WebServices.Crm2007.MultipleOrganizationSoapHeader/AuthenticationProvider, Microsoft.Crm.WebServices, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=nnnnnnnnnnnnnIf you are getting the above error while installing BIA, it is most likely the Default Web Site website does not exist. It is possible that the Default Web Site has been replaced or renamed. In the screen shot below, as you can see there is only a site called "Default" (compare to original "Default Web Site" in screenshot2). To fix this issue, create a Default website that duplicates the original structure of the Default website and then installing BIA properly.
