Hi,

I am having a few problems with the My Workplace module (v4) of C360. I would love for anyone to be able to help me through this.

Environment: 2 box solutions. Box 1 has CRM and C360 and box 2 has SQL 2005 and SRS 2005. Both are over 2ghz processors with more than 2gb of ram. Pleanty of disk space. These two server are only used for CRM.

1. The right hand pane takes up to a few minutes to load. No other section of CRM or C360 takes this long. Picture attached below.

2. User settings are not sticking. If I set to only see 3 queues. The next time I go into my workplace, I may be looking at the same 3 queues, no queues, all or some queues, or even sorted by users.

Hello,

having the same problem.  The hotfix corrected the issue with all users sharing the same settings file but perfomance is so bad it is almost unusable.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks,

Shaun

Hi Guys,

I am having the same issue with both 'My Worksopace' and 'console'. They both run very slowly; sometimes taking up to a miniute to display. The server is a fairly well spec'd machine (2GHz, 4GB, seperate RAID 1 platters for CRM) and no other products seem affected - Indeed CRM itself is fairly fast.

We have run some performance counters and the odd thing is there is no excessive disk activity, CPU usage, network traffic or RAM usage. It just seems to hang for a while so is perhaps timing out on something?

Any help appreciated as it is making the two products unusable at present.

All the best,

Tim
