One of our client has a business requirement where they would like to rollup the entity information under a c360 relationship.

For example, I define a c360 relationship named "Decison Maker" with the Opportunity as the parent entity and the contact as the child entity. There are multiple "decision makers" for a particular opportunity in the system. So the user wants to see the items grouped by the relationship.

I have shown a diagramatic representation below

Campaign1

         Contacts(3)

              Decision Maker (3)

Contact name 1 , Decision Maker

Contact name 2 , Decision Maker

                  Contact name 3, Decision Maker

I am pretty sure that we had this feature in the previous version of Relationship explorer. Is this still possible in the new version?

Thanks

Vishnu

Vishnu,

we have added a lot more flexibility in the vesion 3.0 of Relationship Explorer and you can now select what entities you want to be displayed in the tree and wheter you want them to be rolled up or not. You simply click on the "Preferences" button and make your selections.

What I understand you are asking here is for a "double" roll up where Contacts are rolled up and again rolled up by relationship type and unfortunatly, our product doesn't include this feature.

Let me know if this answers your question.
