| | | In section 2 of the training guide under the "Detailed installation Procedure" topic I mention that the web.config file needs to be edited and several customers have told me that there are several such files on their system and they are confused which one they are supposed to modify. Let me try to clarify my statement: the web.config you need to modify is the file that is related to your custom application. You should not modify the config file under the "C:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\v3\Web\CrmWeb" folder and you should not modify the file located in the "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot" folder either. If you modify the file under "C:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\v3\Web\CrmWeb" you will most cause errors in c360 products (such as Console, Multi-Field Search, Summary, etc.) The most likely symptom will be an error message similar to: - Unable to locate "english.xml" in folder "C:\inetpub\MyCustmSdkFolder\Console\Languages"
- Unable to locate c360.Console.lic in folder ""C:\inetpub\MyCustmSdkFolder\Licenses"
