Install Error: There was an error parsing the IsvConfig during Import

Can someone point out what would cause this? I replaced the isv.config.xml with the original one but it still didn't work.

Alerts Window - Set focus so it appears "on top"

I have added the alerts functionality to a custom entity but the problem is that if the alerts dialog window is left open when the custom entity is closed then it does not appear "on top" when the next custom entity (with attached alerts) is loaded

Any ideas on how i could get the Alerts dialog to do this?

c360 alerts do not pop-up

everytghing works fine, I can create a alters but they do not pop-up when I revisit the activity. I was under the impression that a alert woudl pop-up when I opened teh activity.

using: Windows Vista Enterprise / IE 7 / CRM 3.0 Desktop Client. (does not work in web client either)

crm site is a trusted site, with almost no security on it.

Console and Alert integration

I have the core productivity pack up and running and everything seems to be working fine at this point. We are wanting to use the Alerts for the obvious reasons. I have the console up and running with the CRM view driving 2 associated Entry lists, a c360Summary screen and a Record Details screen. What I would like to know is how to make the alerts for an object display when an object is selected in the CRM view screen. Is there any way to do this at this time?

A hotfix (Maintenance Release 2 - version 3.0.8.371) for Alerts is available now. The patch as well as the release notes can be downloaded from the link below

Note - This patch setup can only be installed on top of version 3.0.8.191 of Alerts (and/or MR1 - version 3.0.8.257)

CRM 3.0 - c360 Alerts Module

Hi All,

I have installed the Data Quality Centre and the Alerts modules in a test environment with CRM 3.0 and SQL Server 2005 on the same server. All the installation procedures completed without error however when I try to integrate the links via the c360 Settings area I get the below error message.

Error occurred while integrating links for Alerts. Please contact c360 Support.

Also, when I try to access the Bulk Alerts section of the c360 settings area, the popup window appears however it tell me that my security role does not allow me to create alerts, contact my administrator.

I am logged in as the setup user who is also a system administrator wihtin crm and a domain administrator.

Any ideas, I'm a little lost here.

Alerts Install problems

Hi,

Installed Alerts and deployed licence. Configured Web.Config. Get to the settings area and try to integrate Alerts - error in red and told to contact support.

Looked at the App event log and can see a c360 error which tells me XML declaration is unexpected.

Installing to CRM 3 Pro on Windows 2000.

Have asked support team numerous times about this - can anyone point me in the right direction please ????"£$%^
