Our products are configured by adding/changing keys in c360.config but you typically don't need to modify web.config
Get to the settings area and try to integrate Alerts - error in red and told to contact support.
9 time out of 10, this problem is caused by the fact that your ISV.config is not "valid" to begin with. When you click on "Integrate", we export your ISV.config (and also sitemap if necessary) in order to add links to the c360 product you are installing and finally we attempt to import the resulting XML. However, if you XML was invalid to begin with, the import is rejected.

A lot of times, this is caused by people modifying the ISV.config manually and not respecting the schema that CRM enforces since version 3.0. To verify if this is the case, you can go to the CRM settings and export the "ISV.config" and then reimport it without modifying it. Most likely, CRM will refuse and will complain that your XML is "invalid". You need to figure out what is causing this and correct it. After you make the appropriate correction, the c360 "Integrate" button should work.

Alerts Install problems

Hi,

Installed Alerts and deployed licence.
