We won't see the alerts unless we open up the account screens and we don't need to open the account screens as much now because of the console. We are wanting to use the Alerts for the obvious reasons.  I have the console up and running with the CRM view driving 2 associated Entry lists, a c360Summary screen and a Record Details screen.  What I would like to know is how to make the alerts for an object display when an object is selected in the CRM view screen.
