extended our maintenance to install 3.0.9.188
And afterwards the patch to 3.0.9.240.

The issues seem to have been resolved :D
Took a while, but ooh well,...

I recently installed a 3.0.9.188 version of the c360.Console I received from global technical support.
(note: the version I received has to be reinstalled and can not be used as an update on a previous version because our maintenance had expired)

After doing this I noticed the issue has re-emerged.... :crying:

Already mailed support about this...

Crm and c360 products have not had the priority they should have for the past couple of months....

But today I took the time to install the latest versions of the Console including MR1 and MR2.

The problem I had with the scalling seem to have disappeared.

I took a closer look to the E-mail "label" and input...
They are placed together in one TD (?!?)...
Looking at the row above the "label" is placed in a TD

is this the cause of the "wrong alignment"?

Tested this with the Console version 3.0.8 version but it does not seem to work (for me that is...)

I have attached some screenshots in the zip.

Also notice the "Error on Page" icon in the IE statusbar...
This seems to be related to the Route tab, a tab with an IFRAME, showing a route using virtual earth...
Have not looked at this in detail, but after removing the Tab that error did go away (!!)...

...however, the scaling in the Account Record Detail stayed the same...

That is great news since that is a week before we are going to launch our C360 implementation to our users. This means I can save the time of trying to update each tab of each entity.

It's true that I said that but I also said "don't quote me on this because I am not 100% certain."

Well guess what: I was wrong! The defect is still marked as "opened" in our tracking system and the fix will not even going to be available on the November 15 release.

Let me go talk to our product manager, twist his arm and wrestle him until he promises to get this taken care of once and for all.

During the last conference call and online support I asked you if the issue was solved.
You told me you seemed to recall it was fixed in version 3.0.108 (I was still running 3.0.106)

I installed 3.0.108 and I sent an email today to support@c360.com and some screenshots that show that it has not been solved yet (in my humble opinion)

Just wanted to try a FYI post...because of the forum login trouble/fix we talked about in a pm conversation :smooooth:

I can add/remove fields, and add/remove sections....

I agree with you: it looks like this problem is caused by the fact that there is not other field next to "Adres 2". I will bring this up to our developers. In the mean time the workaround is to either remove "Adres 2" or to add a field next to it.

As you can see in the configuration (the attachment) the column does not span 2 columns, but 1...only thing is that there is no column besides it.

I think that is causing the problem.

Other forms/sections that we have designed like this originally in crm seem to show this problem.

Another thing is that for some reason I cannot change the properties after selecting the field...

I notice that the "Address 2" filed on the "Lokatie adres" section spans two columns. This is probably what is throwing off our Entity Edit page. Try changing the layout a little bit by making sure that all fields line up.
