Need to reinstall?

I would like some advice on moving c360 sql database as part of changing our CRM infrastructure.

I have seen the article: KBA-01149 : Transitioning a Server and Changes to c360 Tools (http://www.c360.com/Support/Default.aspx?tabid=23a72820577a443aac45d2bbbe95e706&linkId=2bac9bd3dbc3464d86273ab33f0efbf4&Number=KBA-01149&operation=KBDETAILS&subject=1)

But this doesn't really cover moving an existing database and keeping the data. If I uninstall and reinstall, wouldn't I lose the data?

Can someone provide some specific instructions on the steps to perform these two different tasks...
Task 1. Change just the database server of c360 keeping the CRM web server the same. (Is this just connection strings in config files and if so which ones?)
Task 2. Change both the database server and the web server.

We have Core Productivity Pack, mainly just using Relationship Explorer.

Cheers,
Phil M.

Importing c360 Relationships

I am currently planning a deployment of a CRM solution which involves using c360 relationship explorer for its many to many possibilities. The button disappeared and we reinstalled and it came back. It has now disappeared again. This is happening from multiple logins and all other functionality seems valid. I would like to set up a few relationships for a run through this afternoon. I added a relation Account -> Entity, which I can define from an Account perspective.

When I am at the Custom Entity, I do not see the relationship explorer by default, so I added the coresponding part in the ISV config, which also help to make this section visible at the entity. The problem now occurs when I click on it, because then I get a nice .Net error and I can not do anything.

The error is:

Server Error in '/c360' Application.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]
c360.RelationshipExplorer.ExplorerView.ᜀ() +1802
c360.RelationshipExplorer.ExplorerView.ᜁ() +48
c360.RelationshipExplorer.ExplorerView.BuildContentArea() +5
c360.Toolkit.MsCrm.Pages.Area.ᜀ() +363
c360.Toolkit.MsCrm.Pages.Dialog.OnInit(EventArgs e) +27
System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) +240
System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain() +197

What did I do wrong?

Thanks for some help

Enno
Change info in view

Is there any way to control what is displayed in the explorer tree, or is it always restricted to just the primary key?
