One of the sunsidiaries in the process of CRM implemntation for around 40 users including c360 modules for audit and multi currency . The CRM for subsidiary will be hosted as a stand alone environment seperate to corporate implmentation on a different set of servers , different set of users etc . The organisation's policy for procuring and managing the licenses for all software(including CRM and C360) will be through coprorate account .

From the documentation available on your website it was not clear how many c360 licenses are required for the subsidiary.
