My Workplace - Due Date?

I don't seem to be able to add the activity due date to the Queue View in My Workplace. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Server Error when trying th change user preferences in My Workplace in c360

We have the c360 My Workplace add-on installed to MS CRM3.0 because in CRM the queue views of emails are quite useless. With c360 we can at least show the most important attributes of an email, like Sender, Recipient, Date&Time and Description (and not just Title, Type, Date).

c360 has been incredibly slow and buggy from the start (the screen flickers when moving the mouse over the Description area, the lowest email in a screen cannot be selected, assigned emails sometimes appear double, the number of emails counted in the left hand pane does not match with the actual number in the queue, etc.) some of us prefer using c360 (without Description) over the standard MS queue views.

But recently I received a server error whenever I tried to set the User Preferences in My Workplace.

How can I repair this ? I saw there is an upgrade, but this does not apply for the version number we are running (3.0.7.265)

My Workplace Slow/Polls Every Report on our Reports Server

Our users have reported problems that loading My Workplace would take a "long" time (long being relative, of course). Checking into it, we first found an error on the server that c360 was "Unable to add Print Reports menu item ... since we cannot connect to the Report Server." So, that led to all sorts of troubleshooting and eventually network packet captures which showed that, nope, c360 was talking to the report server fine - too well, in fact: the slow load time was due to c360 enumerating every report on our reports server ... which has a lot of reports on it (that coupled with each pull for a report going once as anonymouse (which failed) and has to be repeated a second time with credentials... it takes some time!)

Note: Thanks to another post here, I've figured out that the "Unable to add Print Reports" error is probably due to Defect DE1654 and is a non-issue.

We have the entry in the c360.config that specifies where our Reports Server is (it is separate from both the CRM server and the database server). Is it possible to restrict c360 to only enumerate reports in a specific reports folder (the actual MSCRM folder, for example) or folders?

MyWorkplace error

Hi,

When I go to my workplace and theres is a lot of task in my queue (1488 ) I get a server was unable to process request error, SQL timeout expired, any ideas why ?
