You should not modify the config file under the "C:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\v3\Web\CrmWeb" folder and you should not modify the file located in the "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot" folder either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you modify the file under "C:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\v3\Web\CrmWeb" you will most cause errors in c360 products (such as Console, Multi-Field Search, Summary, etc.) The most likely symptom will be an error message similar to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unable to locate "english.xml" in folder "C:\inetpub\MyCustmSdkFolder\Console\Languages"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Unable to locate c360.Console.lic in folder ""C:\inetpub\MyCustmSdkFolder\Licenses"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description><pubDate>Thu, 04 Jan 2007 17:36:13 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>Jeremie Desautels</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
