You should not modify the config file under the "C:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\v3\Web\CrmWeb" folder and you should not modify the file located in the "C:\Inetpub\wwwroot" folder either.</P><P>If you modify the file under "C:\Program Files\c360 Solutions\v3\Web\CrmWeb" you will most cause errors in c360 products (such as Console, Multi-Field Search, Summary, etc.) The most likely symptom will be an error message similar to:</P><UL><LI>Unable to locate "english.xml" in folder "C:\inetpub\MyCustmSdkFolder\Console\Languages"</LI><LI>Unable to locate c360.Console.lic in folder ""C:\inetpub\MyCustmSdkFolder\Licenses"</LI></UL>Thu, 04 Jan 2007 17:36:13 GMTJeremie Desautels
