Crm Integration fails during installation of Console 4.0.1.467

When I try to install Console on the CRM 4.0 RTM VPC the Crm Integration part of the installation fails. The text below is taken from the installation log.

Running workflow from c360 Console (and My WorkPlace)

Hello,

In CRM 4.0 when looking at cases with Console or My WorkPlace how do I run a workflow against selected cases? I see that I can run a workflow against one case at a time by opening each case but in our CRM 3.0 deployment I used to be able to run workfow against multiple cases at once.
