"The given Key was not present in the dictionary"

Hi,

i installed C360’s record editor, and it is running fine on the webserver. However, when I try to access the record editor from a different machine – it asks for my credentials and displays the following error after I have entered them. I suppose there is some key missing in the c360.config, what do you think? I do not know what to do about this.

Hi,

during installation process of the record editor, an error occurs. Here are the steps:

-Screen [b]"Configure selected organizations"[/b]: i select my organization an click on [b]"configure"[/b]
-Screen [b]"Select the CRM BU to create CRM Metadatareader Role"[/b]: i click on [b]next[/b]
-Error screen [b]"C360 record editor setup wizard ended prematurely"[/b] appears. No further information is provided.

Any help is highly appreciated!

Record Editor - export to excel security

We are thinking about implementing Record Editor but would like to know if it has security on the export to excel option. Does it check if the user has the "export to excel" permission in the CRM security role as only selected users have this right?

Record Editor Installation Problem

Hi all,

When I try to install the Record Editor I receive the following error:

[code]c360 Record Editor -- Error 26002. Failed to read IIsWebSite table. (-2147024883 )[/code]

Anyone knows what could be the problem or have a clue. This error is given in the installation step: "Committing the IIS metabase transaction".

Record Editor on an Associated View

I notice that the Record Editor options are available on the Contact associated view form an account. Can record editor be enabled on the associated view for a custom entity as well?

Record Editor in an IFrame
