error in creation of template for entity letter - in word mail merge

Hi, when i try to create a template for entity other than activity (e.g. letter, task, phone call, email ....) it works but when i try to create a template in ms word 2007 > click on insert mail merge fields > select type 'Letter' then it throws an error -

any idea, what's happening? Just to let you know i did created a temlate for case and use it to create a document which works fine.

· New Feature: Document Summary

o The Document Summary is a tool to show you all related documents to a specific record. With this tool you are able to open an account and click thru all related records (Cases, Quotes, Invoices, Custom Entities,..) and view the documents saved to this record or open the record itself

· New Feature: LineItem-Count

o This functionality gives you a short preview of how many rows are related to the opened record (account, contact,..) The number of related records is directly shown in the CRM-sidemenu. (see screen below)

· Bugfix: Regarding creating Notes to activities on the client side
