I would love for anyone to be able to help me through this.</P><P>Environment: 2 box solutions. Box 1 has CRM and C360 and box 2 has SQL 2005 and SRS 2005. Both are over 2ghz processors with more than 2gb of ram. Pleanty of disk space. These two server are only used for CRM.</P><P>1. The right hand pane takes up to a few minutes to load. No other section of CRM or C360 takes this long. Picture attached below.</P><P>2. User settings are not sticking. If I set to only see 3 queues.
