As a result, any records in your CRM system past 12/31/2006 will not be associated with the time dimension in BI Analytics. Those records will appear under "Not Specified".&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;In order to have them appear correctly, it will be necessary to modify the time dimension in the cube. To do this, simply open the Analysis Server database in SQL Server Business Development Studio (BIDS) and double click on the time dimension. It will look like this:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;IMG alt=Image src="http://www.s2kaccessories.com/pics/SCC/2008-05-19_073517_web.jpg"&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Notice the CalendarStartDate and CalendarEndDate entries. To make the change, simply click in the CalendarEndDate box and change the end date for the time dimension (see picture below).&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;IMG alt=Image src="http://www.s2kaccessories.com/pics/SCC/2008-05-19_074028_web.jpg"&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Be sure to save your changes and process the cube.
