So for example, if you added a new custom field called 'customfield1' in Contact entity, you also have to add that to the Contract entity quick find view in CRM. In CRM, new custom fields are not automatically added to the 'Find Columns' of the Quick Find View 'Find Columns'.

Steps

1. In CRM, go to Settings -> Customization -> Customize Entities

2. Open up the Contact entity

3. Go to 'Forms and Views'

4. Open up the 'Quick Find All Contracts' View

5. Click on 'Add Find Columns' (on right hand side)

6. Check the 'customfield1' field and click OK

7. 'Save and Close' the View

8. Publish the customizations of the 'Contact' entity

Multi-Field Search 'Search All' for Contact will now also search on the 'customfield1' field and the results will appear.
