Posted 5/18/2007 2:21:29 PM | | | | I've had a web form running and it's worked severl times with webConnect and creating leads. I tried it this morning and it worked, but now I just tried it again and it throws this error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. I haven't changed any settings or anything since I had originally tried it this morning, so what is different? Any ideas on what could have changed or why this error is occurring? |

Most of their solutions seemed to involve changes on the "code" level. Since you said it worked recently, I would check some basics. For example: 1) What changed since it last worked? Service packs? User config changes? Other upgrades? 2) Try deleting your temporary internet files. 2) Does it occur when logged in as a different user? 3) Can you access the page(s) from another computer? 4) Is there anything in the Event Logs that might help? Did you get any additional information such as stack traces?

| Posted 5/21/2007 9:15:01 AM | | | | As far as I know, nothing has changed. Our network guy said that he hadn't touched any of the settings on any of the servers or anything. So nothing should've changed with that. It did not work with any of the users that we have, but we could fill out the form with everyone. But I kept getting the same error. Well, this morning I tried the form just to see, and it went through. I still hadn't changed anything since last Friday, so I don't know what was going on with it. But it seems to be working so far. Thanks anyway! Amanda |
