Alerts (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1442-11-1.aspx)

- The entity is not displayed in the "Look for" drop down list of Bulk Alert. This is specific to the Japanese Environment.

Audit (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1443-44-1.aspx)

- Case owner reassignments are not tracked in Audit.

Console (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1444-12-1.aspx)

- Associated entity list cell “Look For” should search amongst only those entity records which are associated with the current record selected in a publisher cell.

- Error when configuring the search cell (ResourceManager error). When configuring a search cell in Console a strange ResourceManager error is thrown. This was specific to a load balanced MSCRM installation.

- Record Details layout different from CRM layout. When any row layout in a CRM record only contains one field, the resulting record detail layout in Console is not correct. It needs to be evenly spaced as CRM.

-  Console screen does not auto refresh on adding a custom button. Search cell throws error ‘specified attribute not found….’ on clicking ‘Configure cell’.

Customer Portal (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1445-29-1.aspx)

- When article on Knowledge base is sent, it is displayed with garbling (Japanese Environment).

- Portal case update attachments do not work in Firefox.

- When custom attributes/form fields are added to the Case Entity, they do not appear in Case Fields.

- Lookup fields for custom entities in the Customer Interface are not functioning.

- Portal Invitation Error –sending invitations to over 30 contacts. This fix will eliminate the issue related to sending a portal invitation to contacts of an account if the numbers of contacts associated with the account is more then 30.

- Ability to turn off Self Registration. This feature will allow user to turn-off the self registration by changing the “SelfRegistration” key value to ‘False’ in web.config file of Portal customer interface. If the value is false, then ‘New User – Sign Up’ link will not be shown on the index page. By default the value of this will be ‘True’.

- ntext field not appearing correctly on the case submit form. This fix will eliminate the issue related to a custom field of type ‘ntext’ for case entity being displayed incorrectly on the portal service case form. Now the user will be able to see the custom field with the same text size as specified in CRM

Data Quality Center (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1446-10-1.aspx)

- Inconsistent record counts in Potential Duplicate Queue (PDQ) after merge. This fix has eliminated the inconsistency in reduction of record counts in PDQ screen after an action (delete/de-active/merge) is performed.

- Performance optimization of PDQ screen. This change aims to enhance the user experience with the PDQ screen. Previously, the slice of records fetched in PDQ was implemented as a sliding window. This has now been changed to a fixed window. Additionally, a new feature of skipping empty groups (via a check box) has been provided (empty groups may appear while navigating because the slice is now fixed. So, a user can now clean all the records in a group, making it empty).

- The Potential Duplicate Data (PDD) screens sporadically logs an error in event viewer even when everything appears to be running fine. Error logging has been enhanced to more accurately reflect the state of the system.

Email To Case (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1447-14-1.aspx)

- Error occurs if the email address of an email is not found in CRM and a new contact is created in response. In this case, the sender of the email is now updated with the name of

the newly created contact and linked to that contact, whereas before the fix, the sender was marked as ‘unresolved’

Field Level Security (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1450-49-1.aspx)

- Export/import of FLS configuration. This feature will allow user with administrative privilege, to export and import FLS configuration into a file, for the purpose of easy configuration

and backup. Importing settings will replace any existing settings, they will not be merged.

- Optimistic locking will be implemented for multiple users editing the preferences. This feature will prevent the “preferences” file from getting corruted when multiple users try to edit it. User will be shown a locking error on clicking update button if changes of any other user are saved during edit.

– Progress will indicate the status of save preferences operation. When user edits the preferences and click on ‘update’ button, a progress bar indicating the progress of update will be shown. This feature will

help user in identify when it is safe to make another change.

– FLS not working while doing ‘Save & New’ from already existing record. This fix will restore the FLS configurations when user clicks on ‘Save and New’ from an existing record window.

Forecast Manager (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1448-15-1.aspx)

- Forecast Manager very slow after upgrading to 3.0.8 and using workflows. We have optimized our webservice calls to increase performance

- Column headers of first 8 fields in Forecast Manager do not display the correct name. Fix reflects any customizations

- Specified Attribute does not exist on this Entity. If a field is selected for a view and then is subsequently removed from the entity, the application fails because the view cannot be rendered.

- Export to excel/print feature does not export “step name” values.

- Error on saving data from FM grid. The implemented fix allows users to edit and save Opportunity records in the Forecast Manager view.

- The excel sheet generated on clicking “Export to Excel” does not display the “column header” names correctly.

Multi-Field Search (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1449-9-1.aspx)

- Lookup field types for Search Fields are not searchable criteria. This fix will allow user to search for entity records using fields of type ‘lookup’ as search criteria.

- 'Specified attribute not found in the entity' error. This fix will eliminate the problem related to deletion of a custom attribute configured as a search field for any entity. Now MFS will load

properly after deleting the custom field from CRM (IISReset required)

- Appointments not searched properly with subject field. This fix will allow user to search appointments using subject field.

My Workplace (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1451-34-1.aspx)

- Unable to handle queues with large number of items. This fix will eliminate the “time out error” which comes while loading large amount of data in MWP grid for a queue. Grid paging will be applied when the number of records exceeds the specified CRM paging limit.

Summary (http://www.c360.com/Forums/Topic1452-2-1.aspx)

– Support configuration option to enhance performance of data retrieval.
