If a user belongs to a team and different security roles, the least restrictive field setting is used in Field Level Security.Authorized <- Disable <- Forbidden <- Hidden

Example:

If a user 'John Smith' is in both 'System Administrator' role and 'Test Team', then

1. If Main Phone is set to 'Disabled' for 'System Administrator' role and 'Forbidden' for Test Team, 'Disabled' setting will be used for 'John Smith'

2. If Main Phone is set to 'hidden' for 'System Administrator' role and 'Authorized' for Test Team, 'Authorized' setting will be used for 'John Smith'
