Fixed Issues · Case titles or description text with special characters are not correctly displayed. This fix makes it possible for case titles or description texts containing special characters like single quotes to be correctly displayed on the Portal Customer Interface side. · Special characters not handled in Case Settings area of Portal. This fixes the issue of special characters not being visible in the Case Settings area on the CRM side. Now users can add subjects etc. with special characters. · Default Subject assigned to service case from case settings cannot be viewed from Portal Interface side. This fix allows users to view a subject for a case from the Portal Customer Interface side which has been assigned as a default subject from the Portal CRM interface side. · Application throws error when non-admin user tries to invite contacts. This fix allows users, who have been explicitly specified as administrators using the AdministratorRole key in the config file to invite contacts from CRM. · On changing the section selected in ‘Manage Profile settings’ page, the fields corresponding to the section selected do not get refreshed.This fix maintains consistency between the left and right pane of the Manage Profile screen on the CRM side. When a section is selected in the left pane, it appropriately refreshes the right pane. · System Garble – (Japanese Language version of MSCRM 3.0) This fix allows using backspace on the User Interface. Earlier when backspace was hit on the General Portal Settings, it used to display HTML text. · Resolved - Turkish- I issue in Turkish language version of MSCRM 3.0 · Existing Portal users are invited to Portal membership from Portal Summary page of account record. This fix will make it impossible for the users to invite existing Portal users from the Portal Summary page of the account record. · When searching KB articles and selecting a specific subject no results are returned even though they exist. · Deactivated portal user can be invited for Portal membership from Portal Summary page of account record. This fix solves the problem of deactivated users been invited from the Portal Summary page on the account record. · User cannot add a custom lookup field to case form from Portal CRM. This fix will allow users to add custom lookups from the Portal CRM Interface onto the case form. |
