everytghing works fine, I can create a alters but they do not pop-up when I revisit the activity. I was under the impression that a alert woudl pop-up when I opened teh activity.

using: Windows Vista Enterprise / IE 7 / CRM 3.0 Desktop Client. (does not work in web client either)

crm site is a trusted site, with almost no security on it.

Do alerts appears for other entities such as accounts, contacts, or cases?  For activities, do you have an "Add Alert" button?

ken,

Thanks for the quick reply

Alerts work on everything else (Company, conact, etc..), I am thinking it may be code in the OnLoad event; there is no c360 code on the OnLoad for the opportunity, can I copy the code from the company OnLoad for c360 Alerts and paste that in the opportunity OnLoad event?

Generally, you should be able to.  However, the text that you copy in may have some specific code that may not work for "Opportunities".  It may need some modifications first.

Hi Randall,

The alerts should pop up when you access the record. The best way for us to troubleshoot this issue is for you to email your onload script to support@c360.com so that a case is created.
