Our CRM Contact lookup view includes the Parent Customer field which is a customer type populated with accounts only and is displayed as a link in the lookup. When the link is clicked, the lookup disappears and the Account edit page opens in the parent window from which the lookup was opened. Is there any way to either turn off the link or force the lookup to open the link to the account edit page in a new window? Notes: 1. It is not possible to remove the parent customer from the CRM Contact Lookup View. 2. When the link is clicked in the CRM Contact lookup, it opens the account edit page in a new window.
