An updated version (2.59) of Word Mail Merge has been released. You can get the product on the regular download page at http://www.c360.com/downloadregister.aspx

Release Notes

  • WordMailMerge is now ready for the 'Hosted Version'(SPLA Version) of Microsoft CRM 3.0. This means that you can use WordMailMerge without a server installation. For detailed information please take a look at

  • Possibility to add manually a 'FetchXML' to your template and so you are able to get nearly any relationship(it doesn't matter how deep) and data from this relationship into your document.
    Note: A
    WordMailMerge Fetch Generator Tool has been included in the download
  • Templates which uses the 'CreateActivitiesfor' option will now create an activity where the 'CreateActivitiesfor' entity will be written into the 'to'-field and the original entity in the 'regarding'-field.
  • You are now able to select if the document should be attached to an activity or to an entity(contact,account,..) or both
  • Better Performance when generating letters with many rows( >200 rows)
  • BugFix: Unchecking the 'close activity' option when generating a Email-Activity had no effect.
  • BugFix: Updating of documents in activities caused sometimes a change of the filename.
  • BugFix: Updating documents in fax-activities did not work correctly.
  • BugFix: "Clipoard operation failed" when sending emails.
  • BugFix: After lost of connection to MS CRM you will get trial-message till you restart the dataprovider
  • BugFix: some smaller bugfixes
